Description Shock Blaster Degreaser and Shock Blaster Extra were developed as a true alternative to the flammable Solvent Degreasers used by the trade. Fast acting, and capable of penetrating caked on grease and oil. Shock Blaster Degreaser is organic and unlike any other degreaser in that it’s viscous nature allows it to cling longer to the surface to which it is applied. This gives greater adhesion, and greater cleaning power. Upon contact with grease & oil, Shock Blaster Degreaser converts the greases to soap (saponification), and emulsifies it, allowing it to be simply washed away from the surface. Shock Blaster Extra has slightly higher caustic levels to boost performance and make it more dilutable. Use in place of Solvent Degreasers, applied by brush or spray (air, trigger), and allowed to penetrate for between 3 to 10 minutes depending upon the situation. For very dirty situations, it is often helpful to work in with a brush. Wash away with water. Shock Blaster Degreaser is ideal for use through pressure cleaners. Shock Blaster Degreaser may be diluted for a multitude of other uses, from minor degreasing (2:1) to general surface cleaning (20:1). For heavy degreasing – use neat.
