Chem Connect grew out of a problem on the plant floor. CQVS - Concrete & Quarry Vending Systems - has spent years supplying and servicing concrete and quarry operations across Australia, and the same friction came up on every site: the chemicals plants rely on daily, from acid-replacement truck washes to heavy-duty plant degreasers, were bought through layers of distributors, each adding markup, lead time and paperwork. Buyers rarely saw a real price until a quote came back, and reordering meant another phone call.

We built Chem Connect to take that friction out. It is a manufacturer-direct marketplace: products come straight from Australian chemical manufacturers to the buyer, with live AUD pricing shown up front, GST-inclusive quoting, and dangerous-goods-compliant freight from the closest of our seven dispatch hubs across VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA.

Because we come from the concrete and quarrying world, the catalogue is built around what those sites actually use - including the shift many plants are making from hydrochloric acid to safer-handling, often Non-DG, acid replacements. Every listing carries its classification, pack sizes and a Safety Data Sheet, so the person ordering can check compatibility and handling before the drum arrives. Where a product is dangerous goods, it ships under ADG-compliant freight with full GHS labelling, and SUSMP scheduling is respected throughout.

The platform and our supplier relationships are run by a small Australian team.
