Fuel Fix is a premium diesel fuel treatment formulated to eliminate and prevent diesel bug contamination, clean fuel systems, and restore fuel quality. It is suitable for use in all diesel- powered vehicles, marine engines, and fuel storage systems. Utilizing the latest in microbiological controls and surface-active agents, water and biological contamination is harmlessly dissolved and dispersed into the fuel, and subsequently burnt off. Bacteria and fungi such as the common air borne spore Cladosporium Resinae appear as dark “sludge” like particles in the fuel reservoir. At their worst this “sludge” can amount to large lumps or mats. Unlike the many biocide treatments that are on the market that are only designed to kill bacteria, not remove and are of no use in removing water, Fuel Fix will remove the entire problem. Fuel Fix will not affect seals, hoses, and fittings within the fuel system. Regular use will eliminate problems associated with condensation and prevent further biological growth from occurring. Shake well before use. 2. Dosage for Shock Treatment (severe contamination): Use at a ratio of 1:1000 (1 litre per 1,000 litres of diesel). For when bacterial/fungal growth is inhibiting the flow of fuel through the system we recommend a shock treatment of 2:1000 (2 litre per 1,000 litres of diesel). 3. Dosage for Maintenance/Prevention: Use at a ratio of 1:4000 (250 ml per 1,000 litres). 4. Add directly to the fuel tank or storage system. 5. Allow 24-48 hours for full treatment in static systems.
